Ralph Weder, born in Berlin, completed his primary education in a forest school where he was introduced to the basic principles of ecology such as compost, mulch, and permaculture. Finally, he took a pen to his hand and a piece of paper and started to write children's books himself. Interactive learning, events in nature, and inviting everybody into ecological activities, constituted the orbit of life.

Virginia Elena Patrone was born in Italy in 1985. An artist, author and illustrator, her works have been presented in various museums and galleries throughout Italy. She writes and illustrates books based on the present unknown and uncommon perspectives of life.
