Sophie Masson is a successful and award-winning novelist and picture-book author for children and young adults. Sophie is also a publisher, former chair of the Australian Society of Authors, a director of the Small Press Network and a recent recipient of the Order of Merit of Australia for her services to literature.

Ronak Taher is an Iranian-Australian artist, illustrator and film maker who divides her time between Melbourne and Tehran, and brings a Persian sensibility of colour and design to her illustrations. She has been published in Iran and France. The Snowman's Wish is her second Australian book.
